Ddos attack on dedicated server

DDoS is not the only thing that can take you down, even agent/gateway exploits are enough.

Hehe, you can secure teh DDOS ;) I had 0 DDOS maybe no one ddos me before ? I don't know but I had only the Agent gateways exploit. So it's possible to secure just need to have knowledge

Maybe no-one thought of DDoSing you before? It's usually the servers which are better than others that get ddosed by jealous people(velestia, for example)

not every one is jealous, some ppl want test the botnet

You can't 'secure against DDoS', it's just impossible by definition.

I don't think there actually were any DDoS attacks since playsro got closed though

calling your own server 'better' because of some fake features, not a good start if you want to become a moderator. But you're right either way

Staminus 'sucks alot', you will just lose your money, they are good due to the cheap servers they offer, but they are not good when it comes to protection...

It is the best around, it has a great support and they delivery what they are advertising, something (hard) actually, looking many of the other solutions on the market...

The only thing that is good with protection is HyperFilter, but, I don't think you'll feel like forking out an extra $500 a month on top of VPS prices.

You generally just need to start with U$$ 299.99 a month, look their prices and standard package :) !

Still it won't protect you from Exploits, you can have the the strongest Protection at all but a single Exploit will kill your Server.

It's like you have tons of Muscles and you wield a Sword but at the end you won't cut anything because it isn't sharpened enough ...
