Hes talking about How THEY Everyone who isnt andy Used LOTF instead of coding their own. Hes not saying andy didn't code it.

yeah its also not the most organized code but im sure thats cuz he was just gonna give it out.... but its a nice base if u are willing to put some work into it and its not loft cuz if it was it would FAIL
