You have a 64 bit computer...

Make sure you use an installer for 64 bit MSSQL 2012.

and when i try to upgrade from 2008 r2 to 2012 i get this error

yep still getting that error

try to instal 2012 64bit version but now i i click new SQL server installation i get this error

guys i found the solve for this probleem

i did uninstall all mine sql server files
uninstall all mine visual studio files
delete all the files both

delete all setups from both to

reinstall visual studio 2010
install visual studio 2010 sp1
redownload sql server 2012 express
install it

no more errors

Yes glad you worked it out, but really if you didn't know that yoiu use a 64-bit 'OS' then are you not inviting trouble for yourself? as things are gonna get way more complicated than working out which 'OS' you use and how to 'restart' your pc after uninstalling 32-bit SQL then upgarde to 64-bit SQL, but hey most folks on here at one time at least used arcadia files, so there may be still hope for you yet ! SSMS doesn't have enough memory to execute the script.
Just split it in several parts and execute them severally.
