Cause as far in legal rights acclaim cant do shit all since they dont make the game ^^
all i say is keep working on it aslong you dont make money outta it its not illegal :D

our old server was all free :)
the admins internet was free, coins was free, it was in hamachi means its free lol
but it got closed coz many ppl hack too much in the server :D lol

well you do know the first thing in search engines that will come up when u search anything about 2moonns/dekaron pserver or development is epvp. SO i think acclaim SEO was searching for servers when they saw your post. And we all know taht acclaims gms visit epvp from time to time, because of all hacks released on 2moons section.

But weird thing is that extreme/elite are hosting so many pservers and xtreme for example the first 2m pserver and illegal too why dont they get a mail and thye are widely known by the 2moons population too.

oh.. just an email.. as soon as your doorbell rings and u need to sign for receiving your c&d letter it's time to start worrying. but even then it's not even sure if they are doing anything more then just trying to bluff you out.

If you're seriously thinking about hosting private servers the nr.1 priority is finding a place to host it with anonimity (most ISP's give out personal credentials on request ow lawfirms)

I lol'd for like an hour. The question is, how the fuck did they find out my first and last name? Including my address? If Acclaim sold my information to them, I'm suing Acclaim.

Apparently, if I don't stop. I'm going to jail. I would release sources to a few key members before I released publicly.


Should I continue development or should I stop?

yea agree with exestence if it came from a mail that has acclaim or gamehis domain then yea its a real email from acclaim/gamehi CEO. If it comes from a free email provider domain with 2moons gm name thats 110% fake.
