I was just reading this post , Quietfrankly , Being a moderator for such section means you have a good based knowledge for such nearly everything related to the targeted section For example: a SRO section's moderator should not know only how to moderate / react with people , The matter is "How to be a helpful person even after you've been a moderator , Maybe , It will give you a strong well to try to help people more than before . " And , a help consider on " SQL Database editing , Client side editing , Basic of coding , Experienced in SRO itself" And , It's rare to find someone like that to deserve the real meaning of

With all my respect for admins , but they should looking towards who will be chosen . Not only a small report for an application.
