Like when do the admin actually look at them?

Gerble is the best, he helped me with making my server, I was lost, I would have never found anything out, I would still be on step 1 if it wasn't for him, He is the best!! =]

admins don't post their opinions/feedbacks in applications, hey just decide together and then (/don't)add you.
