Should make a "serious" section where all stupid threads/posts like hack requests, etc are instantly deleted and the user is banned from the section.

There is really no one allowed in the underground that is why. The serious section would be open to everyone...

What I am getting at is, the underground is a private section while the "serious" section would be a public section................

I think this started when someone people started to ask to pay to get cheat they made, that means no open source, less contribution, less sharing, less interesting for cheat.
More over TQ keep fighting back to us, people take weeks to find things, TQ correct them in few days.
At the end we kinda work for TQ by showing them what they did wrong.
If they weren't using us, they would have never protect the game against cheat from here because the mostly add stuff to introduce people to paypal than to improve the game itself (there is a long list of bug that are known since years).

What I THINK you are getting at is that we should not have control over how hard it is to get 'cheats' for conquer, because TQ will also get these cheats and patch them?

You're wrong. If cheats are protected and distributed limitedly, then TQ cannot get a hold of them, because we would obviously know if TQ tried to intrude and get said cheats. If we keep control over who gets what, we can protected the method of making cheats work. Just releasing everything publicly would do what you are saying: give TQ the huge benefit of being able to fix it all.
