To be honest, current progress can't even be called beta, they are doing everything from scratch, because they switched from old (before Reborn) to new system ( 3rd weapons, etc). Login server should be done by now, have to wait for more news T_T

Its down probably :) awesome would be a good server nowadays but imo that game is dead. sadly.
