what is the different between VPS to dedicated?
Dedicated Hosting can be compared to owning a house. You are allowed and have access to all resources available on the machine. No one else's account resides on the machine (your house) and would not be capable of tapping into your resources.

VPS is like getting a room of that house, with several accounts for several users.

so which one should i buy?

since a VPS is a Virtual Machine, it is not possible to host a server.
those vps thingys will most likely not have enough ram. and If they have, they will be more expensive than dedicated servers.

as for a start, is better to have a 6gb VPS to avoid a huge loss if the server doesnt succeed IMO

from what i have seen, you don't get any 6gb vps for under 100€.and a 16g dedicated is more than the half of that price ;)

Im not sure for 100% but some 1 told me they have shared network port..its mean 100mb for 10 servers or something like this..im not sure for 100%

Server4you gives 100mbit port, which means 10mb per second. And the network is pretty stable, support is fine too. Too bad they dont have SSDs (they had in past).

Used for a long time, recommended. The reason i quit there was sata wasnt enough..
