I already fucking told you; you're using a LOTF site for the TQ binaries.

#Lock/Infraction, Reason: Made two threads including the same problem and posting replys off topic/already been answered.

i dunno about TQ Binaries but if you use LOTF source you get these errors when:

1)The files....umm how can i explain it....like you didnt edit the "config" file to match your DB Name and DB Password so it cant connect to your mysql.
2)Your mysql is not on...

i dunno if its the same for TQ Binaries cuz i'm not using it >.< so yah enjoy. hope it helped.
