The problem you're having is because the result resource $res, $res2 etc, are not populated. This means that an error occurred either during the query or before that.

Go to line 81, which should be Modify it, changing it to: Save it and then load it in a web-browser. Somewhere, you should see Error: and then an error. Copy/paste the error here, please.

But But i have alot of other errors can u just post ur index.php files or like ya... cuz i get it on like every page T_T or like u see the files i uploaded above just edit them and reupload =D

You don't understand.
The problem could be a VERY WIDE number of things. I need to start with the error origin before I can help you with them all.
