Is true,but we can ban the turks and egy ip"s,and we can play with 50-100 decent players w/o fw,just like old days,but i think is immposible.

Like that idea - so that would be the basics I think rates should get raised just a bit, up to 5< (5 or less) and no egy-weps.
What about dividing the needed amount of skillpoints with 2.
By doing that you could avoid farming for a long time and so better enjoy the game.
Now we need to talk about other things like jobbing / edits & etc.
