A New Server.

What do people want.

Low rates with good endgame competitiveness?
Lower SoX Rates to keep the game less gold orientated?
A webmall with basic items? (Adv Elixers, prems, Avatars, pets and Potions?
A good starter that will last you till level 60+?
Cap? 80, 90, 105 or 110?
Turks or no Turks?
English only?
1 connection per IP?
Bots? Yes or No.


Please post what you would like to see so that i can begin development of my new server.

80 cap max 110 cap
exp rate 5 10 15 max 30x
sox rate 1 2 max 5x
alchemy rate 1x 1.5 or 2x
webmall no because it get bugged and can be hacked
vote4silks
many payment methods
max of 3 connection per ip
bot allowed
if is oldschool make old system and map
if is new system make new maps
place new uniques

This is what i was thinking of today at work:
90CAP
15x XP/SP Rate
5x Drop Rate (May go upto 10)
2x SoX Rate, 5x on Uniques
2x Alchemy Rate (Alchemy is easy anyway)
Vote4Silks (10 per day, bans for abusers)
Ingame Item Mall w/ Cheap silk (Just to cover the Dedi costs)
2 connections per IP (You dont need more than 2..)
An official Bot (1 IP per bot) (Multibotting will not be allowed)

Newer Maps, Lowering all level 92+ Mobs to level 90-92 with 10D drops
10D Set will be level 90, With only SoS, No Moons or Suns for cap sets (To keep pvp balanced)


All i need to do now is decide on a source and start working on it after work :3

Well i just added free silk to my server idk if that will bring people or not..

C"mon old days of sro are gone,becouse no1 can make a simple server with ecsro,zszc files or something like that,becouse FightRoad (zszc files) got like 100 players in 2 days,but the server is not awesome becouse they added ugly egy weapons.
We need just an old school server,ofc w/o free silks,and will rocks!!!.

These ugly files has no endgame content at all , you reach the cap level and thats pretty much it...
As for oldschool , its just the community back in those days that made sro so good , nowadays people are dumb as fuck , and jobbing / playing fw's makes no sense , since you're not getting any extra-bonus at all...

The community doesn't really care how long it's in production for, it could be in production for years and still the outcome will be the same.

Maybe some guild wars can make u happy :D?,i know vsro files got fw,and many mores,but we can make some new events on oldschool servers,job war,guild war,maybe can add fw on that files,but idk if is working.
We need just some ideas how we can "improve" the server with new events with nice rewards.

Im not saying that i'd want a fw myself , but im just 101% sure that "improvement" idea is impossible , there's just too much turks and egyptians nowadays , all they do want is free silk and lots of unique spawn events.
And adding fw to mhtc files is impossible.
