Thats a good idea someone bot hack or what ever you have downloaded can be a keylogger so start your antivir system and scan your fully pc its better so and sry that your acc get hacked but you can ask the support if you know your id from your hacked acc ask the support and ask if you can change name pw and email i hope you get back your acc =)Quote:

yeah. it can be also your fail (@threadcreator), if you download those "hacks" and "bots" from youtube...

If you remember your DARKORBIT ID, there is a chance of getting it back.
One of my friends got hacked by a russian dude. The support wanted his details (Loggin name, password, ID, E-mail) ( NOTE: The Details BEFORE the account was hacked).
Since they can see when/if you change something, it goes to a huge log.
By that my friend got back his account :D
I mean, he said his ID,pw etc etc and later on got his account back and the russian hacker got IP banned from DarkOrbit. (Not hard to change your IP but still..)

Just get some support from police, bigpoint does nothing! I know that because a friend of mine is been that. He contacted police online and in a couple of weeks he got his account back. It is alot of work because police want also proof and if you have banked alot of money they will help you faster because the ammount the money you lost right now could be huge..
So just contact the police they will help you when bigpont stops.
