Ok, i'll try translate all screens:

Some polish important things:

Under this post you'll see the "instruction of giving gg's" for all Ticket Moderators. If you don't know what to do with some tickets look there. If you'll still have some questions write to STM_GABRIEL on TS/GG or to BA_MANTA on TS.

Of course this informations are only for US!

Post 2:

GIVING GG's
ALWAYS you must look that:
- player didn't get gg's from us
- how many player have got lives now
- when he lost gates
- is he bot-user (1 stage we give gg's if there was lag)

If player lost gates on monday - friday till 7 p.m. (19), we give them GG's AFTER 24 H.

If player have some lives you MUST COPY AND PASTE REPLY FROM LINK!

If player lost gates not longer than 24h you MUST COPY AND PASTE REPLY FROM LINK!

If there's weekend and player used bot, he MUST TILL MONDEY!

If player wants to give them gg's back 2nd time, you must reply
"There's no techincal possiblity to give you gg's back".

LoL Nommo and your English. The worst thing of this is Status of DO Team. How we will play with this team. i think the polish team is not 1 of worst team. and we are know now, when the Team is like that maybe all of bigpoint behavior is terrible.
