Do a 60, 70, or 80 cap server, there are MORE than enough 100, 110, 120 and 130 cap servers out there, that's pretty much all there is and they all have really no differences at all with them.

Above all else, whatever cap you decide, just make a server that is all about jobbing, fw, and pvping, otherwise it will be just another 24/7 botting, afk BA'ing alchemy server that will be dead in a few weeks.

I choosed cap 60. I think that it will the best way. You can add cap 70,80,...110 later. It will be like isro best time, but you should ban all botters. Game without bots is the best, I remember when i played on isro cap 60,70/80, it was my best time in silkroad. The best rates for 60 cap is max 5x.

Second my preference is 90 cap. I see you dont have it here but thats when I started playing iSRO when they had 90 cap. I think we should bring this back and make server only on events. no botting, no multiclient. People who do this should be banned which means GM needs to be super active on server. Also rates should be 30x exp 50x sp so that people will get 90 in like 4-5 days and enjoy jobbing, events, uniques, etc.
