Buying silks is not a 100% guarantee solution to avoid getting ban. The proof is the poll in the thread I made about getting ban using Agbot.

Maybe if you use the bot steadily. I presume that JM looks into the overall statistics of a Char before banning it. If it seems that it's unhuman then he get ban :)

Maybe thats why some unbotting people get banned by mistake. Their statistics could be way far than any normal human can do (24/7) :p

After Legend 3 I admit I grinded A very, very long time without breaks, but mostly was in 8/8 Euro party's lol.

I also think it depends on what server you are located..Take Babel for example, there is never any bots banned.

IMO, Older servers are less strict, just from experience.

I think this ain't true at all.
Legits getting power leveled all day are, in your way of thinking, doomed to be banned?

I think it's the date you send to their server, in which they can see if you use any programs like loader, bot, etc.
