There are two subtypes that you can check. They go past 1200 btw (if you use the subtype that I'm thinking of).

You send packet 1015 with string "lottery" for the effect.

Edit: Whoops read it wrong lol

It's packet 1314 for the lottery window.

Ah, right. TQ has been doing things like that more recently. I guess my method doesn't work anymore.
Asking the programmer made me laugh. "Why didn't we think of that before?" Haha. I need to get my packet sniffer back up again.
