[offtopic] Is it hard to learn german ?!

sure the basics arent that hard, but the grammar is hard & some words arent that easy to speak.

Yes, it's a pretty difficult language after all.

German isn't easy, the grammer is hard to cath, but when you already have learned such complicated languages as chinese and japan (mostly the character/letter and such), it should be possible ;)
