None are remotely similar to grammer and structure of German (tbh I don't know about Arabic, but the rest isn't close), so you'll need to spend quite some effort on that.

So, german isn't very easy ^^

Where do you live and why do u want to learn German language?

The spoken german Language is in comparison easier than the english one.
But the grammar and the writing is more difficuilt than french or english.

after 10 years I can still also write no sentences with a sense and most German users here

The "basics" should be easy.

Learning by yourself in the internet would be hard, I think. It would be better,if you go to a German course or sth. like that.
