Little update on the Rok mountain area 100% safe and basically best spot for the 82mobs power level.
Waited to add this until i was done farming there.

purple area is where you should put your noobies, spot is 100%safe.

Nice but can u show oder city's like Con,Downhang,Hotan... ?

Few good spots made them purple but remember all are safe 100% as long people don`t lure on you.
Right one is the most "lure" risky, top left is safest on lures, center one is safe but might need 2 powerlevellers to make it effective (1 behind wall other front of wall)

yea ishade or mujiji u pwl the chars there from lvl 33 when u finish pwl them at ongs

Since i'm a newbie at this game, can anyone tell me from which level i could search for someone to plevel me, and also do plevelers get something in return, otherwise is there any point in them helping noobs with nothing in return?

MAN FARM @ sungsung if cant find any ong AND i recommedn using A FuLL BUFFER " BARD + CLERIC" lv 8x or 9x it well help u alot and it dosnt need alot of MP
