i prefer to add quests where you have to trade or something like that.. something very fucking amazing .. got it ?? :D

That's the problem, they are compiled Lua scripts, not regular Lua source code.
These scripts are called Lua bytecode chunks, they are Lua assemblies, comparable to PE executables. (.exe/.dll/.ocx files)
Like x86 has ASM and like C#/VB.Net/C++CLI has IL, Lua has bytecode.

More quests that give better rewards, and every now and then a couple of boss fights.. That make the game a bit harder.

If you do add quests with jobbing or something, it would be nice if each job had a series of quests, for example a thief has to steal X trades or something like that, and that would get his rank up or somethin.
Hunter obviously has to help trader deliver the trades and trader, well just trades :D.

also only jg/dw would be awesome like on salvation(or smthg like that) where there are mobs up to lvl40 in jg cuz they changed many mobs' lvl

Change the Eu set and to chn ... so every degree would have 2 sets
