actually i'm looking for a tool like this before til now and all i can get are infos...

but instead on relying for a tool,.. i tried upgrading using the dice system,..
though not that perfect,.. i still appreciate the lucky times i used it,..
its something about a certain number in upgrading,.. not actually the thought of the higher the number, the higher the success rate but the item will only upgrade using a certain number...

for example in upgrading bikes(i loved upgrading bikes)
+1 to +3 = 792
+4 to +6 = 852
+7 to +9 = 953
+10 to + 12 = 979
+12 to + 15 = 992
*if you are upgrading between +7 to +9 and the number that came out was 979... it would automatically fail basing on my experiment,.. and if the number is also 952 and 954 it will also fail... something like that... BUT
*before trying this,.. you must first try the luck applied for the certain channel... i do this by focusing on a 15 min farm in fort ruina... no farm set will give you 1 pc map part within 15 mins... so that means that if it could give you atleast two for the 15 min duration, the luck applied to that channel is high... PREMIUM and NORMAL channels are no different...

the dice is only one float.. (client side, not server, but he upgrading system is server side)

with speed hack u decrese the counter timer. set a very low nummer: 0.000001 then try the dice :P
