Best country to host a server at?

OT: There is no 'best' country, you need to choose between security, availability and performance. If you want the safest country it would probably be something like middle of Africa, or random Asian country, but the network performance isn't very good there, on the other hand if you'd host it in a country with a rather good network like Germany, France or the US it will be less safer for the server and especially the hoster legal-wise.
*sniff,sniff* I smell some kind of an bullshit in the air. Still,I am not likely to get convinced you guys were that retarded/naive to host such a low rated server. You weren't the first one who opened a server to use low rates as excuse that 'you didn't expect it coming'. You knew that you will fail because of such a time waste rates and well,team doesn't matter here. Rates and GM activity is what matters,although people still care more about the rates.

Russia theres no copyright laws and if you dont sell silk your safe. change silk to something like cookies or sell forum subscriptions with in-game rewards like silk(renamed to something else). Thats a way around being sued. ECSRO.net and goldsold.pl were only sued for selling silk and changing copyright from joymax.LTD to ECSRO copyrights not for having a server opened.

Well I would suggest you to host your server on Russia, since they're not supporting Copyright laws.
It's a bit higher price but if you wont get shutted down every single week / month then do it.
