If you would've been banned the following error message should be apreared: You are penalized from the game
If youre account is banned this error message will appear, but if there is another error message is not from the banning.

ohh ic..
the problem start appear when ice map is lunch.
i think it link with acclaim dns.. or acclaim server..
coz i can't open "9dragons.acclaim.com" web page.
so the game also can't lunch..
coz connection with acclaim server don't have.

hi guys i have problem i cant connect to the 9dragons forums or the game i believe they changed the route to the server does anyone no the ip for asura usa so i can trace route or can anyone find an easyer way to do it
its defenatly not an error problem as i have a laptop too and that cant connect either plz anyone help ty

Ahh.. the same problem as me before
try this : use this link [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
you might reset your modem/router or maybe check if you do installed the driver of your modem/router.
windows can also block 9dragons from establishing conection with the net by using firewall.
alt+tab to see if there is a dialogue that say to block, unblock, cancel. And unblock it.
Or simply disable firewall in control panel.
If problemnot solve, try ask acclaim support.

Honestly I can't think of anything to add suggestions with just those limited details. If all else fails you can email tech support of acclaim ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) with details of your problem and your account name. Also, rihan_jb that link you posted doesn't go anywhere...mmosite pulls up an error page when u click on it.

if u contact 9D support,
they will ask u to restrat ur moden,
change ip,
check firewall connection,
try reboot n try again..
that what they say to me when i email them :)
but its usefull to...

Yea, 9d support can be pretty useless sometimes, but they have helped me when they were able to on specific problems. Just "I can't connect" is too broad a topic, it is very hard to diagnose that remotely. Oh, I had another idea, what kind of antivirus are you using? Maybe that can affect it. Can you view all other websites without any problems (what about 9d main home page)?

If "Failed to upgrade an information server" appear,
9dragons.acclaim.com u cant browse to.
i have this problem before.
other webpage its ok.
only acclaim.
if acclaim page u cant open "cant fine server", all acclaim game u cant play.
its something about acclaim dns or something.
try turn off antivirus, firewall, restart pc, or something that maybe block 9D.
if still cant, try foward ur problem to 9D support with the detail.
they will help u step by step :)

TRY TO DELETE RELATED TO THE GAME THEN REINSTALL IT MAYBE IT WILL WORK(JUST A SUGGESTION)
