Incorrect ID

It is frustating to log in and incorrect id appears. Acclaim is not giving
any specific reason why it is happening except they say it is a technical glitch.

watch your back if you are in internet station or internet cafe station...
do not trust anybody except (GM)...might be the keylogger or fast eye
logger(lol)..hehehe.....because accliam 2moons accnt espiacialy highlvel

even though you cant log in the game nor the 2moons.acclaim.com site. try logging in at acclaim.com then click "MY ACCOUNT" and at the left side you will see something like "NEED HELP? TRY LIVE CHAT" fill all that out and ask them to refresh your account. they will do it instantly too, well maybe if you talk to a good tech support. thats all to it. if you are banned you should receive an email or be notified that you are banned. they dont just ban you without letting you know. =) okay good luck.

Fastest way to get the account back is going to irc channel of 2moons.

The gms on irc will sent a list to the main gms with ppl who have incorrect id every hour to let them refresh.

Got my account back very fast.

they just ban and dont notify.
if u write 20 mails to support maybe they tell u that you are banned lol

They give u a direct reply....even though bad news are likely to come out from their mouth

Yesterday I spent all day on irc, sent emails, live support...

Finally at night I got all the accounts back, this morning they are all fucked again LOL

Maybe they are hiding something, and they got their account database hacked.

not sure, but all i know if my character is delete when i get my account back, i will go nuts...:eek:

many people have gotten back to accounts with missing characters...

5 of my friends have gotten their accounts banned. So I wrote them a bad-ass letter to VGM/GM and 4 of them get off the hook. Ask for SS's, Dispute SS's, tell them your a 2moons customer, Threaten to take legal action. = Account back with an appology
