Incorrect ID

Guys can you share your knowledge or idea why incorrect id happened.
And why it happened frequently during the past two (2) days. :confused:
It is frustating to log in and incorrect id appears. Acclaim is not giving
any specific reason why it is happening except they say it is a technical glitch.

you are 99% banned for hacks or 1% chance of bug lol.

send mail to acclaim support and ask them they will tell you why they banned u and if not they refresh your account ^^

thats not true i keep getting incorrect id on all characters logged into contact support and accounts reinstated i think its a database error from acclaim migh be due to new patches issues

The % of that is really really low....usually it's the ban hammer

True. Just got my summoner back, which I used to kill the boss from Python /LOL

Its not about being ban...They refreshed it immidiately on live chat and I have my character back instantly. So being ban is not the issue.
My question is why is Incorrect ID happening aside from the Ban theory and
lala's theory of bug in latest patch.

Anymore idea guys aside from sarcasm.

I have many account for 2moons,few that are ip blocked,few that are banned...
When i try logging in with and IP blocked account i get Incorect ID message,Also when i try logging in with a banned account i get the same message.

What did you get banned for? One of myu accounts got banned and they said i was permanently banned from the game. Is this true?

as of 15 minutes ago I receive the incorrect id on all my accounts after logging out. I KNOW I AM NOT BANNED. I simply have to wait for those jack asses to refresh my accounts. Knowing acclaim, its prolly gonna be forever. The link on there forum to the the page you can type in your username and its supposed to refresh it in their database didnt work. Gee what a suprise. Now I have to wait for them to respond to my email.

werid i had the same problem with all my accts last nite all i did was restart the computer and i was able to get back in

this is not true!!!

they told me too permanently banned but the account was unlocked after 1 month ;)
now i have 2 high level hunter lol

i heard live support refresh it in some minutes... maybe give it a try :D

next time reading the offiziell forum more carefully instead of making ppl scared of being banned!!
That shit with the incorrect id happens since 12.march. Its a prob with login server and they are trying to solve the issue.
