What do you mean "almost"? It is full 4267 and it has a lot of of the functionality working...I worked on it a bit when it was a private source. Hell it can even use the official installer (econquer0628.zip floating around) that is v4274.

It's just a 4267 source base that I worked out, not less, not more..
