They must have on the database something like:
GM : 0 = no commands
GM : 1 = commands
The server we have, when we write anyejingling, there is no registeration on the database, so i don't really know how it works but it's not by commands.

I saw in one of the ini files for monsters it had player names as well, not sure for GM's.

So maybe it could be from names that determine if commands work for you or not, which could mean simply adding your name to your ini ( Doubt it though).
