I have found out that the attack speed is not a glitch, character we have been using and playing have had an attack speed glitch where their attack was not as fast as it should have been since webzen got this game.
They fixed it
Also with 2 logo's (or 2 proof of monarchs) and guardi + lvl 10 food + bg buff for attack speed it is possible to get 290 percent attack speed on a swashy who has only lvl 6 attack speed and weapon mastery buffs.

PS. As we all knew, all characters in game were supposed to get skills buffed, stats added to them, things revamped to make them better.
Some of the skills we can't get yet cause you need charisma and it is not added to bg yet, but the skills we already have in game have already been revamped and improved for each class ( Including dragon scion ).
Webzen is not going to do anything about the complaints now cause it is all part of the gameplay that it was supposed to be, there was just bugs that we grew onto for the longest time like the slow attack speed of some characters that has been fixed to be what it should be
