New effect on skills?

Hi

As i read the webzen forums i saw some ppls posting that eg angelic might gives cast , they need heroic points for skills etc. .
Does anyone have these stuff to + can give more info about this?

ye, angelic might gives cast. I have over 100 cast with lens.

smart weapon for swashy gives 20% attack speed but it doesn't say it does

smart weapon also gives swashes cast time yes, they have 97% casttime instead of 80.

actually lvl 6 smart weapon gives 23% attack speed at lvl 6 and more maybe as lvls increase

elementalist lv 56 buff gives cast time too (the party buff)

check the swash debuffs of sb, sorcs have res debuff higher all are messed up

hunter removes 80% cast, resistance debuffs -31%, sb debuff -19%

Run.....^^

scion battle machine gives resistance now

Webzen wouldnt even know about this, but some idoits posted it on AL oficial forum :)
i still dont understand why ppl post something like tahat, this game has so many bugs wich make playing harder, now we get a bug which makes it a bit easyer and thos idiots report it.

requiem -47 res at stage 11 (quite not schur if it changed didnt play sorcy for a while)

rangers:
angelic might +cast
paskive Kataria mastery +cast
elemental fortitude +sb, +ele resist, + poison, ligt and ice res
divine lightnig and energy bolt are reducing targets skill block

hunter:
Dark arkane charge reduces res
Explosive boldkin reduces skill block
those 2 all stat debufs are reducing more all stats now

mage:
Volatile Combustion reduce Res
Elemental Overcharge +48 dmg on stage 12

thats all i know, but there will be more i think

i think its the part of renewal... same as korean skills, elemental fortitude ice ele pns res, angelic might cast, divine lightning -sb.... all is same in korea..

yep, they made elfs a lot stronger , it's like in the korean version . Probably the effect shouldn't be active yet , but its alrdy part of the client so np :) i like it Ö . ;D
