[GCPH][HELP] Problem thread!

Sorry I'm was inactive. Now I'm back. :)
Anyways, the name part was supposed to be Name of the Problem :O

@Mod Taec Can ya sticky this? :p

I can't open my patcher , instead an error occurs whick is - error 0x3 "patch download unavailable" the maintenance was over hours ago and I still can't open my patcher,, I tried DL'ing the manual patch but I somehow can't connect to the link. What do you think the problem? I highly doubt it's the internet connectivity since everything else is fine and my firewall is already turned off,,, is it perhaps my ISP? :( darn,, by the way I'm playing GCPH and I'm really DESPERATE
