I know what you are asking so do many other people on this forum. I am just telling you that unless you figure it out yourself, you will not get an answer. It doesn't matter how you try to phrase your question. Please don't take this response as anything negative. I really have nothing against you. The fact of the matter is that their is no more support for the old program. It has been discontinued. That also includes answering any questions as to what it was or was not previously capable of.

I am pretty sure no further discussion as to the new projects capabilities will happen here. Security has to be tight. Please stop asking about it.

For those that have not applied yet, just apply and wait to see what happens. But don't spam the man like little kids in the back seat on a road trip. It is not the end of the world of you don't get in. Just move on to something else. But most important, be patient.
R3P already responded to my message if you didn't notice, your comments are unnecessary.

Add the item ID to the XML file. The ID can be obtained from bddatabase. I don't have the open-source version anymore, but the xml should have something along the lines of <greenitems><item IDs><yellowitems> etc.

here is my setting
<AutoFish Enabled="0" FishDataLog="0" HighLatencyMode="1" PredictMode="1" CatchGrades="Green, Blue, Yellow" IdFilterWhite="0" IdFilterGreen="50809" IdFilterBlue="54031" IdFilterYellow="8464" FamilyNameWhiteList="-" />

do I just remove the "green, blue, yellow" and leave the ID on there?
something like this
<AutoFish Enabled="0" FishDataLog="0" HighLatencyMode="1" PredictMode="1" CatchGrades="0" IdFilterWhite="0" IdFilterGreen="50809" IdFilterBlue="54031" IdFilterYellow="8464" FamilyNameWhiteList="-" />

?

Add the item ID for the event item to IdFilterYellow="".

Example: IdFilterYellow="ID1,ID2,ID3,ID4"

yeah thats the octopus "8464", I got it from dumping the game since bdocodex hasn't updated their database yet

but do I just set the "CatchGrades="0" " to 0 instead of yellow, right?

"CatchGrades="Yellow" (Use commas to separate others, such as Yellow, Blue, etc.) There's a guide in the instructions file that comes with r3p.bdo, IIRC. Used to have the guide from the original post, bookmarked, but alas I don't have it any longer, sorry. -- Hope this helps. I'm off the for the night.

Edit: Found the guide. -- [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Prediction mode only predicts what grade of fish you will get, Green, Blue, or Yellow. You can't predict what will you get.

The autofishing begins as soon as you equip a rod near and a fishable body of water. So yes, predictionmode only works with autofishing.
