When i open the program it says "Disconected" and can't do nothing to make it work, i runned all with administrator but don't work

What operating system is it?

Are you sure you're not running the 64bit client?

Did you try everything in the main post?

I've tried everything and gw2 not work. Gw2 folder automatically switches to give the client 32bit

Delete the Gw2.exe 64bit stuff from your gw2 folder. then send a short cut to the desktop for the 32bit gw2.exe. then alter the shortcut like this...
"D:\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe" -32

This way gw2 will stop downloading the 64bit stuff. and everything will work fine

I did everything on thread, im sure im running it in 32bit since i typed -32 in the commandline , tryed to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package but was already installed, same for Net, but still dosnt work :\

Typing -32 in command line doesn't entirely mean it's running 32bit.

CTRL+Shift+ESC and in processes make sure Gw2.exe *32 is there.

Also, are you running windows 10? If so, you'll need to set Unf in compatibility mode for win7 with admin ( this also may apply to win8 in some cases ).

is there a way to use the ALT sprint button to be faster than the default 30%?
like, when i use speed and max it. it will go much faster. but idk how to make it so it's only when you hold certain key
