NFSW private server project

wait i make an exception for the firewall or i disable it

Do you know what port should I use to forward? I've tried 1337 tcp and udp and my friend can join the server but he losts the connection after about 10 seconds. Is this a server issue or port forward issue? We've tried hamachi too but it gives error 5 immediately.
I've tried it over lan and it works really well but we want to try out the server without lan connection.
Oh and thank you guys for making Need for Speed World online again :D It means so much for me. I've lost a chunk from my life when they closed it.

To run the .jar files you only have to have Java installed and execute .bat files included.
You also must replace the generic IPs in the xmpp Server .bat file with your local IP (edit with any text editor) before executing it, for the server to work.

So what should I start at first? The start-http-xmpp.bat ? or the start-udp.bat?
And after that I start "Launch soapbox.exe" ?

I don't Know if it matters but I start:
1) start-http-xmpp.bat
2) start-udp.bat

Instead of editing "Launch soapbox.exe" you can easily create (in the PC that is hosting) a new shortcut to nfsw.exe like I wrote in my first post, with the parameters:

US [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] a 1

Then on the other PC (LAN connected) you create another shortcut to the nfsw.exe on that PC, with the parameters:

US [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] a 2

where HOST-IP is the same IP that you inserted in the xmpp Server .bat file.

i have disabled ALL the firewall included the windows 10 firewall... idk

but you only login in need for speed world right? or you join the race before me? EDIT: you get the error before you enter in world or after?

I can't access the game! That's the problem!
