so the magellan event has started at 17 but nobody can play if we can't download version 1.2.9.5

Yes, event will last longer.
We're trying to do our best but there are some bugs that must be fixed :(

I don't know what it would take but maybe you could make a patcher that is smaller and size and replaces just the files that where updated. Again I am not sure if that is even possible knowing most of these files are probably worked on.

This is one of planned things to do but all of us - devs - aren't have much time now.

after that I convert 1.2.9.0 file and open the Game I receive error: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

before this at the first convert appeard an error window but second time was succesfully. I think the game try to use the first convert error file.

Magellan event starts on 00:01 UTC so it's like 1h and 20 mins till event start :)
You can find event ships on maps 2/x - 13/x
