Uhmmm...Hi. ^^ I am new to this stuff and I plan on playing Mabi soon and i was just wondering if there is a way i could learn to "modlikethepros." I'm not asking for handouts just some help in being able to do this all on my own. D: Amnoobsorryforbeingsuch! T_T

Read EVERYTHING these forums have posted you. Lurkers like I got NOWHERE asking for shit, we had to do it ourselves.



I strongly suggest just slowly going through every thread on here and finding information relevenant to you. I know I am not the model lurker student, but I found everything I needed just by reading these forums. I suggest you do the same.

I was expecting an answer like that...I am new to mabi...not fourms. :l I requested help because I HAVE read through most of the posts, which is why i am asking for a bit of help. The posts, yes, some MAY have usefull information but apparently the game is going through a bit of a fit of changes. :l I would rather learn from someone who knows what the hell they're doing than fucking it up for myself.

What you will not get from these forums is a nib's guide to hacking everything. There was a time when we were all new to this, and we had no hands or legs up in this situation - so we each had to learn for ourselves.


If you "HAVE READ THROUGH MOST OF THE POSTS," then you should not actually be posting for help for things that have already been explained. If all I did was read posts and I have shit working, yet you have read all the posts and have no shit working.... there's a problem.



Besides, there's no better way of learning than fucking it up for yourself and then FUCKING FIXING IT.




There's many things in life that don't come with a manual, Life itself for instance (please do not quote me religious rhetoric, because you are wrong). We figure things out for ourselves one mistake at a time, and when we can prove ourselves to those whom have more knowledge than us..... perhaps they may throw us a bone and see that we're not just lurking.

I am expecting to learn basics, what things mean, how to re-write things, where to place things in referance to thier activation in the client.
