I don't really get it. Which ip should I set in my config.ini???? My own ip? Or joymax ip? My internal/external ip?? btw when I fill in my external IP I can't connect to my own server

so who know this problem if i stat up my sea_nulled_1.0.3 it says Component 'COMCTL3N.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
