Aries trying to help hacked users was a standout "feature" of rubinum, so it's kinda sad they stopped doing it, but i see how it's too much work bc many use the same data as they always do. But there's more important things to do on rb..

Indeed! I used to put a lot of effort and energy to help users in this regard.
We always highlighted and stated that an unique ID & Password should be mandatory, I highly advise to generate a password. Why? Because there are DBs leaks over the Metin2 Communities & Boards from servers that got closed, that's one of the main reasons everyone should have unique credentials everywhere, not only on Rubinum.
Also, one issue that I've encountered by helping certain users was that they sold their items/accounts to someone and after the "trade" was successful, they wrote me and asked me to help them because someone hacked them, while they just sold the account as whole.
Other situation was when someone just lent the account to a friend/partner and one day everything was gone.
