What kind of error ?
Make sure you have all requirements installed and in working condition.
Also make sure you go through the FAQ page on my site and allow rubot to get an internet connection.

New Update is out. (1.7.14.7)
Windows 10 support should work now
(for now only the 32 bit rubot works with windows 10 [firefox.exe] the 64 bit will follow later [firefox64.exe])
Also added 5 extra days to all keys.
