why my all serev rmembers could not wear any set items?

Go on that link .. check @ the runtime 13 error if the link does work ..it doesn't .. that's why i am asking here

i have a default caracter/new caracter, default status,server rate X1,and still i get error 9
at second magyang i get error 9 out of range...plz dont tell me read post before because i do that i do all settings but still get this error...if no one know answer is ok thx

if you didnt understand, reread everything, cuz, in first page, its shown how to use and open the emu

i know to open.but i dont know how to dont get crash when i kill mobs.this error 9 out of range.because i play in one server and there i kill a lot mobs and uniq without crashing.and i dont understand whi i get cras at default caracter...whit normal stats...and server rate 1X :(

Noobs should not even touch this emulator.

Does anybody know the gm code of the saint night dress????

I have a very big problem and i hope anyone can help me.
I change in acc.ini gamemaster=True and save and restart the server.
Now I have german keyboard so i change to american keyboard with shift and Alt.
So now i have change to american keyboard and click shift and ~ but nothing happend i trz it with 0.1 and 0.3 but i dont work..anbody now what my problem is?
