there's no other long term with almost no zero edits, low exp and sox from mobs :/

Looking for a server wich is basically Pay2Win(yeah call me lazy).
-a server with some kind of item mall to buy high-end gear;
- active English community;
- good up-time, no lag etc.
Edit: something like the old Xeon server would suit me just fine.
