fabx24 is hosting the server, so you need ONLY one file:

- Go to where you have your game installed

- Search for nfsw.exe

- Replace it (backup original file) with the one that Nilzao posted some time ago (rename the file in the archive).
Look at his post --> [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

- Right click on "nfsw.exe" > Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)

- Right click on the newly created shortcut on Desktop and choose "Properties"

- Edit the "Destination" field adding a space and the following text after nfsw.exe:
US [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] a 2
where "HOST-IP" must be replaced with the public IP of who's hosting the server

That's all! :D

Now you need to wait until fabx24 tells you to connect.
After that, you only need to doubleclick the NFSW Shortcut on Desktop to play.

nfs_fan try to connect my server and first test the powerups and the SP race (check if your game crash or the powerup don't work) EDIT: my powerups don't work and the SP races i lost connection. nfs_fan i will update you soon in a few seconds. i'm talking with matteof50

Mhh, I get "SERVERERROR_FATAL_ERRORCODE 5", when I click on the Launcher. :(

of course i don't have hosted it :D i need java x64 bit because powerups don't work and the sp races crash the game

Any idea, how I an come into the game? ERRORCODE_7 is a server site thing. Ok, I'll wait, what happens... :)

Thanks, but I have only interpreted the Readme given... ;)

Anyway, remember that this server is more suitable for LAN. I don't know how stable it is when you race over the Internet.

How can I test it on another device (like a laptop)? I have one. Should I just do the same things on the laptop again to test it? :)

If you only want to connect to someone's server, then yes.
If you want to host the server, you also need the JAR's.

Beware of your firewall (even if it's only doing his work... ;)). Disable it when you play or create dedicated rules.

But, if I click on the nfsw.exe I get this: "SERVERERROR_FATAL-ERRORCODE_7". How can I host the server on the laptop? I think, I need mysql for this. :)
