First cabal online private server

Does anyone know where to download the east asian language pack? I tried google but nothing came up. Also tried torrent and its going to take 4 hours ><. Anyone want to post the link? I also tried the language option but I dont have the disc.

Those are the torrent files I tried to download, except it takes 4 hours just to download it ><. I'm looking for a direct link if you have. If not, that'll be my last resort.

i downloaded it and when i try clicking on it, a chinese patch thing pops up idk how to read it of course =D

when i try to open it with WinRAR it says This application has failed to start because KarasX2.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem

i downloaded the china language thingy
but idk how to get the proxy
