I had that problem too. Download an older version from mediafire, then download the update downloader on the first page. That should solve it, at least it worked for me

you must open de update launcher in your darkorbit remix folder then it should work

He has the luncher opened.

I also get this issue, even after re-installing.

you should download the DO remix then open that folder there is a update launcher you must use that 1 or copy the files and put that in the DO remix folder :)
