i wish how the heck it works
ive been getting into programming....
been creating visual basic as practice (my own commerce calculator due to my laziness)(but rly, i wouldnt call visual basic major programming in this forum)

What does Mod_PetSay do? Allows your pets to say anything you want via chat, therefore, no it will not work without sending a packet.
