I don't see how they could identify whether you're using speeding or not. Unless they ofcourse started to keep track of the timestamps server side actually however it'd need some coding to determine whether it's speeding or just lag. (This may result in botjailing of many innocent players with shitty connection, as you can see from both Qonquer and AcidCO, they have those pullback things that get triggered when you're lagging.)
