You need to install java 8 update 45
Also need to install powershell 3.0 and phyton 2.7 ( after that restart your pc )
Open run and write powershell
Then open readme ( you have it installed with nfsw offline) and follow the steps :) :) :)

it says i cant cz i dont ahve enough posts or something

I've installed all in the read me file, and the launcher cannot find nfsw.exe..it was something i did wrong? i even try backup the launcher and renamning the new one in nfs, the launcher it see's it but after i choose nothing happens, it returns me to not found message.

Well ... open launcher then press find nfs.exe and try to find it !
