My friend is still having issues with it, called their bank said it was not on their end it's on the payment portal's

Trying to contact you, bought the cheat works great. But tried buying for my brother also and not the payments saying "please try again in 15 mins or try another card" called my bank and asked whats going on they said it's nothing on their end and it's the website that won't accept. It's been a day since i bought the first one, please help me buy again lmfao.
