Am I the only one having a bug with the new mod where you can't link any items in chat?

Nothing was changed in the Mod part, only Derp ( outside of a small change to mail system ), I'm having no problems linking items nor is the several people who use the mod with me.

Fog doesnt work for me either, running game in dx9 borderless windowed mode and derp as admin.
Gtx670 and Dx version 11 installed.

I noticed all the settings stopped working after a load screen and you have to reset all of the settings. I don't know what causes this. It would be nice if there was something on derp that shows the number next to the settings. That would also allow up to type in the numbers as well. So we could just put in the settings we like every time we start derp since it doesn't save them.

Only the fog & terrain and it isn't a loading screen when porting or ect, just char select into main world or if you reload the client. The reason for the terrain is purposeful to correct 1 issue & also for load time to decrease what you need to render across.

I'll have the DX issue for fog cleaned up later today to roll out and keep the fog setting locked in place aswell unless its a client reload.


On a later note, should be a bit better for people wanting the jars, since you can just clip around the door there an harvest them/the chests for the helm/flippers that are desirable ( still RNG'ing for mine :( ). And trade packs that might be stuck in rocks/underwater/buildings an ect. Also got bored an tested some of the planting and quite alot of places you can just illegal plant with that inside terrain.

Well, I've been having it happen every single time I have any kind of loading screen. Porting anywhere. Going into a dungeon etc.

I've checked this across multiple platforms/directX versions and nothing but just the fog/terrain resets which is how it should be unless your completely reloading the client.

Derp hooks to AA then the slider controls are all timer based to lock the settings in place to what you set until a complete client reload. The only difference is that there is a control for fog density & ramp scale that loads on d3d10/9 in different locations in memory depending on the dx version set in options an thus why some people are having that issue - which I've resolved already in testing.

So not entirely sure why you would be having something different happen? Can you tell me the GPU and DX + OS version your running and if its anything else mod'd on your client by chance or that you are running with it? Do you have it set as admin or anything restrictive and also - is there anyone else that is having this happen?

Best way to check is, change Zoom to max & change maps then see if the camera is still able to max zoom to what you set it as.

Again, that should only happen on a complete reloading of the client and only fog/terrain will not stay set on going from world > char select > world because of timers locking what you set in place. I will change the fog later today, delay the swim set and if it would pease I can set a tooltip that will pop when moving the sliders to display the values but adding an input like a numeric updown would just be too much an not needed.

Is it possible to be able to run derp on 2 archeages?

every time I have 2 archeage open, derp stops working on both of them :/

For some reason i do notice crashing problems often while using derp.exe usually when getting near my own boat game crashes often and then i got the black screen when i relogin similar to the same error that was happening before in game with haulers any idea's whats causing that o.O? using direct x 9.0 my graphics are set to low windows 7 ulti 64bit.
